Deleting your account

In the app

On the home screen, tap your profile → “Personal information” → the cross in the top right corner → “Delete account”.

Without the app

Write to [email protected] from the email address on your account, or state the phone number of your account. We will check that the account is yours and start the deletion just as in the app.

What happens to your data

For 6 months you can cancel the deletion by signing in with your password. After that the account is closed for good: others see “User deleted”, and data the law requires us to keep (payment records, disputes, requests from authorities) is kept for the periods set out in the Privacy Policy (section 10) and then deleted.
